– Bacchus Dry, Camel Valley, Cornwall, UK 2013
The winemaker’s notes: “Good varietal character and length – the best Bacchus yet.”
The Sunday Times said: “England’s answer to Sancerre.”
“Stunning” – Richard Ehrlich, wine critic for the Independent on Sunday.
Bacchus is a modern Sylvaner/Riesling cross that produces wine with a distinctive fruity bouquet and a grapey flavour. A very English, “nostalgic” wine. Perfect with seafood. Will age well.
