Makes 3-4 ramekins
100g bar of Doisy & Dam 74% dark organic maca, vanilla & cacao chocolate
160ml double cream
1 egg yolks
1 table spoons of icing sugar
- Bring the milk & cream to the boil together
- Grate or chop the chocolate into small pieces
- Pour the milk & cream over chocolate drops and stir
- In a separate bowl whisk the egg yolk icing sugar
- Add to the chocolate mixture.
- Stir though until all combined evenly
- Pour in to your moulds or jars.
- Cook in a slow oven on 110 degrees for 7-8 minutes
- Chill & serve topped with vanilla cream & cacao
